How long does carpet take to dry after cleaning?
Carpet usually takes 4 to 8 hours to dry. The temperature inside the property, weather, airflow, carpet type and level of soiling all affect the drying time.
Can you remove every stain?
We cannot guarantee that every stain will come out. An untouched stain gives us the best chance of removing it, while household products can make later treatment harder. Tell us what caused the mark and what has already been used on it.
Can you treat pet stains and odours?
We can assess and treat pet stains and odours. The likely result depends on the size of the affected area, how often it has happened and how deeply it has reached the carpet and underlay.
What should I move before the technician arrives?
Please move small furniture and personal items away from the area being cleaned. Leave larger furniture in place unless we arrange something different with you.
